BATB Violating the Law

British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) has been promoting its brand DERBY by displaying alluring stickers at points-of-sale that would encourage people in lighting up. As per the law, advertisement and promotion of tobacco products is strictly forbidden and therefore, a punishable offence. Such campaigns must be stopped by ensuring strict implementation of the law.
