Japan Tobacco has been promoting its brand LD Cigarette using such an alluring message, in a clear attempt to hook the youth and adolescent in tobacco addiction. As per the tobacco control law, advertisement and promotion of tobacco control law at points-of-sale is banned and a punishable offence. Such blatant violation must be stopped through strict implementation of the law. |
